New Membership
We’re delighted you’re considering making St. Thomas your spiritual home, where—whether you are new to the Eustis area, exploring the Episcopal tradition, or returning to church life after time away—membership means joining a vibrant community of faith committed to worship, fellowship, discipleship, caring for one another, and serving our neighbors in love.
How to Join ST. Thomas
Our clergy will guide you through each step, answer your questions, and help you connect with parish life.
Baptism
If you have never been baptized, we invite you to speak with our clergy about this sacrament of initiation into the Body of Christ.
For someone who has been baptized with water in the name of the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Spirit in another tradition, their Baptism may be registered at St. Thomas, making them a member, provided they are not currently a member of another church.
Reception
If you are already baptized and confirmed in the Apostolic Succession, you may become a member by having your confirmation received by the Bishop of Central Florida.
Transfer of Membership
Request of Registration
If you have been baptized with water in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit in another Christian tradition, you may become a member of St. Thomas by requesting registration of your baptism in our Parish Register—provided you are not currently a member of another church. This step formally recognizes you as part of our worshiping community and affirms your desire to make St. Thomas your spiritual home.
